HARTMAN DESIGN STUDIO inc. is an award winning full service design studio. We’ve been in business for awhile…. ok maybe a few decades… but we love what we do as much now as we did when we started.
The Studio has strong roots in the print and manufacturing arena. We started here and have designed and produced a vast range of work from branding / identities, brochures and catalogues, books and magazines, sustainability and annual reports, packaging, advertising, websites… we could go on. Our goal is to deliver meaningful design solutions targeted to address each client’s unique business challenge. And we do it well.
We are in the business of communications so this is key to us. We work hard to create and maintain relationships, to understand our clients and their businesses, and deliver solutions entrenched in sound research, strategy, and clear reasoning. HDS works with a talented pool of creative and versatile partners allowing the Studio to manage any project from start to completion.
The Studio is constantly evolving and growing but we continue to maintain a personal, boutique-style environment. This has always worked successfully for our clients and has established relationships that have lasted years.

Art Direction + Styling
Having executed a large number of photoshoots for various projects – and in particular, editorial design – we have the ability to stage small to very large photoshoots for clients with efficient and exceptional results. Our styling and implementation of all the details in capturing quality images is second to none.
